Disney Animal Kingdom

Woah...it was cool to see all the animals at the Animal Kingdom today. The boys had a blast. You have to see Bug's Life...it was the greatest.

Rafael and Noah at Disney

Mona and Larry took their little boys Rafael and Noah to the Disney park this week. They are having a blast. Their older bros are staying with the grandparents. While it is fun to be there, it is sad to see so much teaching to young people about "Wish hard enough and it will come true." They also talk about waking up the gods. They also make it a point to listen to your HEART. The Bible says that the heart is deceitfully wicked; the world is complete opposite of God and they are instilling this in our kids at Disney.

Hospital day for the boys

Brandon and Anthony had to go to get their blood checked to see if they are growth hormone deficient. It appears that they are smaller than the average person...so there is medicine that can help them grow if there is a problem. We will see.

Larry with the parents

It was a blessing to be able to have Larry with his parents when he taught the youth Sunday. There was trouble uploading the other day, but here is a picture of them all together before the class. What a privilege and honor it is to teach the Word in front of our loved ones.

Guest Speaker in Albany

I had the privilege to speak to nearly 100 youth from one of the largest churches in Albany Georgia. Anthony played the Cajon with me and the kids really loved Anthony's skills and the instrument they never saw before. Two of the youth prayed to received Christ and many others wanted to get right with the Lord. I spent time talking to them about Abraham sending Eliezer to find a wife for his son Isaac. Hit hard on the character of Isaac and Rebekah. Praise the Lord...His word did all the changing...we are just voices and walking Bibles for the Lord. My parents came to watch...along with my sisters Kim and Chas.

Surprise Fam baby shower

As many of you know, I have five sisters in Albany, Georgia. They got together and threw a surprise baby shower for Mona. IT is awesome to see how God blesses to overflowing. It is so wonderful to see girl stuff. We were totally blessed.

Boys Fishin'' Beautiful

We headed to the Oceanana Fishing Pier today. The weather was cool and the fish were not biting...for anyone...but Brandon and Anthony were able to get one each. We talked about the beauty of God's creation and how wonderful it is to be able to relax on a fishing pier and enjoy the scenery...there was a wedding on the beach that had everyone watching. Our friends from Oki and Cali would have loved the surfing...big waves today.

Fire!!! Our office building burnt almost completely

Well, I went to church Sunday and saw cars everywhere and firetrucks, but thought it was just a drill...went inside the church and found out that a building had caught on fire...at midnight and it was right above our office...turns out the entire building..our entire staff headquarters...2nd floor went up in flames. We had to relocate, I had to do interviews with TV stations and we had to move to another place and invade another building workspace...it was a long day today. But, we are able to be around other Marines...so God is in control.

Our friends...Mo and Stephanie

Mo and Stephanie are wonderful Christians. They took the time to come over and help us put in the blinds to our kitchen area. They always look to support and help. They will be having their first baby in January. Mo's mother is from Taiwan. His is from California...so somewhat similar to Tom Ruiz...ha, but he is wearing the SPURS shirt....oh no. Thank God for this wonderful couple.

Rafael goes to School

Well, it was a very emotional week for all of us, but for Mona...it was times 100. She not only was emotionally driven by the news of a girl, but the following day she had to drop Rafael off at the bus for his 1st day of school. WOW. He was hesitant, yet when he saw the other children jump on the bus, he went and had a blast. I included pics of his visit to the class before school.

God Bless.
